A studio condo at Trillium Hollow Cohousing will be available to rent starting September 1, 2021. It’s rare to find a rental here, and renting can be a great way to explore cohousing before deciding to buy.
This unit of under 700 sq ft has an open design, with a high ceiling, huge windows, beautiful kitchen, good floors, and a 4 ft high loft over the sleeping area. It’s on the ground floor of our large building, at the quiet northwest corner, looking out onto our beautiful green property.
Living at Trillium means living in community – sharing work, sharing occasional meals, participating, connecting, and learning from one another. We offer a process called the “Path to the Neighborhood” so that a potential buyer or renter can find out more before making a commitment. This process is required before a renter can sign this lease.
Rent will be $1350; this includes the HOA dues which cover all utilities, internet, and all shared community expenses. An $1100 deposit is due at lease signing, plus $35 for a background check, and first and last month’s rent is due by move-in day. Rental applications will be accepted after the process outlined here, background check, etc.
So there are two steps to take if you are interested:
First, contact the owner, Jude Foster, at email@example.com for more information and to arrange to see the unit.
Second, read our website at https://trilliumhollow.weebly.com/
and contact Trillium’s Outreach Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up next steps.
