Pet Policy Summary
Trillium Hollow has a pet policy. Below is a brief summary.
Unescorted pets are not allowed outdoors both for their safety, as well as the protection of our vibrant natural wildlife. Trillium Hollow was built inside a wildlife corridor that runs out from Forrest Park in Portland. It is not uncommon to see deer, rabbits, coyotes, bobcats, and lots of squirrels and chipmunks. We have cataloged over 85 bird species on our property over the last 15 years.
In this vein, all cats must be indoor cats, and no pets are allowed to be free roaming.
Due to the architectural design of our units we share many walls & common spaces. Barking dogs can easily cause stress to both the pet owners and the community members. In order to protect the wellbeing of the community “No pet shall be allowed to become a nuisance or create any unreasonable disturbance…”
Some breeds of dogs are not allowed, such as Rottweilers, Pitbulls (American Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, English Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier), Fighting Dog Breeds (such as Dogo Argentino, Tosa Inu, Filo Brasileiro/ Brazilian Mastiff and Perro de Presa Canario) and Akita.
