We, the members of Trillium Hollow Cohousing Neighborhood, commit ourselves to the creation and maintenance of a supportive, enriching, and purposeful community that fosters the spiritual connection among ourselves, others, and the earth through simplicity, cooperation and service.

- To appreciate the unique ways in which each of us thinks and contributes,
- To relate to ourselves and others with respect and acceptance,
- To make and keep agreements with great care,
- To trust the good intentions of other community members,
- To remain cooperative in spite of negative feelings and strive to find mutually beneficial, win-win solutions to problems,
- To be respectful and patient through conflict and to accept outcomes that we may not have foreseen or advocated,
- To use our powers and wisdom for the greater good of Trillium Hollow, and
- To open ourselves fully to the process of transformation and growth through love and compassion for others.
Core Beliefs
- We believe in honoring diversity, interdependence, respect, kindness and compassion for all.
- We believe that the strong sense of community we will develop can help counteract the isolation and alienation we see in society.
- We believe that through voluntary simplicity, cooperation, and service, we can help each other and the world around us.
- We will endeavor to develop and perpetuate a spirit among us through which each of us learns and shares the spiritual, physical, social and practical knowledge necessary for the creation of a connected, caring community. We will seek to demonstrate that we care more about our members than we do about our tasks.
- We intend to use our wisdom and power to accomplish our vision to be good, caring neighbors and ecological stewards of our environment.
- We believe that all living things are connected so that harming any one of us harms us all
