Community Teams and their Mandates
As a community, our goals include maintaining the physical buildings and hardscapes, caring for the land and property, and supporting the activities and intangibles that make up our social, intellectual, and spiritual life. The community clarifies our goals through HOA meetings, through the work of our teams, and through the annual budgetary process. Community members serve on at least one team and many serve with more. Below you will find brief descriptions of our Trillium Hollow teams along with links to their respective mandates documents. A team mandate is a formal agreement in which we describe what our community expects from our teams in terms of their composition, operation, responsibilities and functions, and resources needed.
Positive Engagement Team (PET)
The Positive Engagement Team seeks to create and maintain connectedness and ease among all members of the Trillium Hollow community. Acknowledging the inevitability of conflict, PET uses empathetic listening to support community members through conflict while being inclusive of everyone’s unique way in the world.
